FAQ: New Online and Mobile Banking

Why are you updating your online banking platform?

We are now simplifying our online and mobile banking into one platform. Our new digital banking experience provides convenience with enhanced security, new features and functionality.

Will I need to re-enroll in online banking?

There is no need to enroll in digital banking if you have previously enrolled in online banking. Log in with your existing online banking credentials on either the digital banking website or the new mobile banking app. If you are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password to recover access to your account.

If you have not previously used online banking, then you will need to go through the enrollment process.

Will I need to download a new app with the new digital banking platform?

Yes. The Apple app will be available on the App Store and the Android app will be available on Google Play.

Will there be a downtime or lapse in services related to the conversion?

No, Bill Pay and remote deposit will be available immediately after the conversion.

What are the new features of the new online banking platform?

Personal Finance Manager (Geezeo) - Tools for tracking and monitoring your spending, setting budgets, as well as setting savings and spending goals.

Card Controls - Activate your debit card, temporarily freeze your debit card, and report as lost/stolen.

Single Sign-On to eZCard Info - View your Visa transactions and make your credit card payment - no additional login required.

Customizable Dashboard - Arrange your home page to manage your finances the way you want.

Start a Conversation - You will be able to send us a message from Online Banking and receive an answer within a couple of hours.

Will current online banking features be available with the new platform?

Bill Pay and Remote Deposit will be available with the new platform. All payees, recurring payments, and eBills will remain in place.

Alerts will not migrate to the new platform. You will need to add any alerts you want to receive on your account.

FAQ: Logging In

How do I access digital banking?

You can access the new digital banking and your account on a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, or other internet-accessible device. Simply log in with your existing online banking credentials. There are two access points:

  1. Visit our website, enter your username, and click Sign In. You will be asked for your password on the next screen.
  2. Download the NEW mobile banking app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Note: You will not be able to access the website via old bookmarks or the previous mobile banking app.

What is 2-Factor Authentication and why is it used by the digital banking system?

Two-Factor Authentication is a security measure that allows you to request a one-time access code to log in to digital banking. The code enhances the security by creating an added layer on top of your unique username and password. This security process helps to verify you and better protect your credentials and the accounts you access.

Can I use an email for two-factor authentication?

An email and phone number are required for the two-step authentication. The one-time access code will be sent via text or phone call. The phone number must match our records for the additional security layer to work correctly.
